Rain Redemptiion - Thank you Thumba Mthombeni

After dismal service late 2019 Rain has redeemed itself thus far when we went back to investigate if the Internet availability issue experienced last year had been resolved, apparently so. Based on this and my interaction with Thumba Mthombeni, professional, discerning and respectful, we decided to give Rain another chance. (Also based on lack of Uncapped LTE options available - only other option was Telkom but made us jump through hoops on a credit application account only for 'same' offering as Rain - a SIM card with LTE connection; NO RISK TO TELKOM - mind boggles - their loss Rain's gain). Bottom line, Rain, under COVID, after seamless application on their Website - purchasing 4G Uncapped 24/7, the SIM was delivered 3 Days Later. Well done Rain. A follow-up call was received from Thumba in the interim. Thank you Thumba. I trust that something has changed in Rain support relative to last year, that Thumba is not the exception :) So far so good. Thank you
