Rain really sucks!
Got the router yesterday, no network it just shows Limited services, when I check for coverage I was clearly covered for 4G and %g but after receiving the router an now to far from a satellite, what kind of service is this? I have been logging calls for two days now no one has responded. the worst company ever !!!!

I live 2.5KM away from the closest 5g tower and it does not work at all. how do I go about returning this router and getting my money back, its completely useless, I cannot wait for you guys to install a new tower in my area.
