RAIN really needs to improve customer service

So RAIN have still not bothered to sort out my issue. Every time I get asked to "DM us your details then we can check". This has been done so many times. Then they respond and say "We have escalated your inquiry to our Tier 2 support team and we will be in touch as soon as possible." I ask about the free period of data that you suppose to get when receiving the SIM card as I have not been able to even test the network, i cancel one of the SIM cards. Then I get told we will extend the period once the issue is resolved. Well guess what Thank you for contacting rain, "Kindly note that we have the feedback and it is showing that we can not extend your free data days there is a scheduled cancellation already - system doesn't allow" So after so many weeks of no network coverage I get asked to send them am email so that they can escalated the issue. So I do "To whom it may concern, So this is service that rain wants to supply to customers. I have explained and it seems like you do not care about the quality of service provided. I dont have any service at my house even although the coverage map shows full service. So taking what you have provided on a map, to help your customers make an informed decision with regards to taking up your service or not seems to be full of errors. As there is no coverage at my house. But hey I am one customer so you dont really care. What is even worse is that the speed you brag about is not even reached is some of the areas where I get some sort of coverage. I know this email is actually just a waist of time because it will just be deleted and not even read. Up until now no one has even bother to phone me but rather contact me on messanger and always ask for the same information which I have provided numerous times. By again i think this is all just a pretense that RAIN has for making it look like they are trying to help. When in fact I know the truth and helping is far from the truth". Lets see if this will maybe get them to sort out their problems. So my advice is dont trust the map they have on their web page it is far from the truth.
