Rain really bad and bad support from there serves

I have been logging calls with rain for so lang i dont even get 1mbs a second uploading or downloading speed after i was told that i was moved over to another site and was told my router is to small i bought a new router and did everything they said but still my speed is really really bad i can not watch anything online without it buffering over and over my wife can not work from home with the slow speed they keep on saying they will get back to me and never do they even said they will log a call with the technician and sort my speed our as i have a tower close by to where i stay but still my speed does not even reach 1 Mbps
