RAIN reactivated my account without my consent and are suing me for outstanding amounts MONTHS later

I just received an email from RAIN that they are suing me for outstanding amounts on my ACTIVE account. That account has been cancelled in 2022 already. I even received an email from the courier company that wants to collect my RAIN modem (as per the agreement when I cancel my account).

So my question is, why would you (Rain) want to collect my modem if my account is still active. You stuffed up somewhere and now you're handing me over to lawyers. I promise you, if you don't handle this ASAP and cancel my account and write off all debt I will take this further. This is an ********* practice from your company.

I was on a pre-paid plan and could cancel at any time, which I did. Then you guys said you'll arrange collection of my modem. Like I said, until this day the courier company only sent me an email, no phone call. I responded to them and you (I have email proof) but none of you came back to me.

I still have your modem which you can collect but NOT before this case against me has been withdrawn as you are suing me for your negligence.
