Rain , Rained on my Parade & it ended up costing me more money that it did purchasing a dataplan!

I hate that i have to complain this way but i am so disappointed .

Since the lockdown i was tasked to work from home , I decided to contact the above stated company as i was intrigued by what they had to offer . I purchased two sim cards , one for home and one for work aswell as a unlimited 4g network plan . i checked if it covered in my area before purchasing.

its now effectively a month later and i am still unable to connect , i even bought a router to ensure that i will be covered for working from home. I picked up the network but i am still unable to connect , signal strength was on two bars . i googled solutions and enquired through their website for online support . i even tried the steps the agent gave me . i have nothing against the company or its support team but i am utterly angry that in such economic uncer*****ies , the company took my money , cost me working days ( lost income for working days due to no wifi) and this after coverage in my area was promised .

I believe there needs to be a degree of transparency from the companies side on matters like this . don't promise unlimited access to internet when i can even find proper coverage.

i mean we are all affected in some way or another by the current state of events , and with the economy the way its looking , rains data package prices and work days lost , i am a little more than disappointed . i just feel like consumers sometimes get the short end of the stick , and its always easier for companies to bounce back financially after a loss of a client (like myself) than it is for a regular consumer to bounce back after a loss .
