Rain rain won't go away

I cancelled my service with rain (got a confirmation email) and I was told I'd get a refund. I asked when? And I was ignored as usual. Logged another query about my refund and now I'm being told I must cancel it myself and all these other steps I was not told about in the beginning. Rain is a nightmare honestly.
