RAIN RAIN VERY DISPOITING COMPANY PERIOD

i am very disappointed today, rain has debited my account again for service that i am not using, i have been on the phone spoke to 2 agents who could not help!they took 1058 for what i do not understand , rain you have connected me one day an now it is currently switched on and m not able to connect ? i was told you where good but i feel i have been treated badly by this company from the beginning i bought they service . Rain rain rain i want my money back today!no longer than 7 to 21 days. because this is not funny!i am tired of being taken for granted by this company i am tired of their useless service , nothing to write home about. kindly cancel this if you dont want to resolve the router issue for me whats all this !!what is 1058 for is your service upto that amount .i am bleeding and hurt AGAIN BY THIS COMPANY
