So far have sent four(4) email requests to support via there dashboard. I get an automated replyIi will be contacted in 24-48 hours. still waiting .. i uploaded a review here on hello peter and got response with half an hour they will be in contact (again within 24-48 hours) that was 3 days ago. Guys please please avoid this company they are shocking.

Okay so you very politely said someone will contact me Yeoline.
When may i ask will that be?
24-48 hours?
All i want is to cancel the service and return the device.
Please can someone assist.
people be aware of this organisation poor service.
stay away don't take up their offers
