Rain Rain Stay Away

I am warning you get ready for ZA’s worst service. I want a refund and they won’t contact me or give it back. Rain delivered a faulty router to me which I have sent back with their Couriers RAM. I have a collection number. I cancelled my service with them, they instead debited my credit card again. I have not used 1 second of their service and I have been debited twice. A guy named Zahir from Rain called me to tell me they will cancel my service and credit me as soon as they have the unit returned. The unit has been returned and no response for them I have logged 23 mails with them and no response. Please HELP. They take no calls or emails due to Covid they say. This is a front and is a cover for their non existent service.
