Rain rain rain but no rain

I have called in for service. Agent said we got coverage.

I purchased everything online yet was advertised we will get up to 10mps however it doesn't even come up to 1mps yet there is only my wife and I phone and tv. We paid 478 which is not cheap. The download speed is very slow and we was bluffed by the rain thinking we would get proper unlimited data. I've tried everything to make this network work in our house but no luck at all. Imagine paying for something that hardly work. Yet we was using a shared WiFi which was uncapped but worked so much more better.

I feel deceived and ****** by this business as I thought my baby could watch tv when I'm at work but it's not the case.

Really disappointed as I can't call anyone for help. Imagine using the rain network to log on to rain website and it's useless and buffers to check on my own profile.
