May I kindly request someone to call me urgently , every month i have to struggle with payments , im told that someone changed my banking details and they cant load them , i never change my banking details and I need to know when and who change them , i cant afford to go and pay at the shop hence I opted for a debit order , i have done it in March but i need the debit order to continue , you have know disconnected me without a headup , can billing call me so that we can arrange for the debit order again and please connect my services please i need the internet because of the kids pls , can someone call me urgently please
