Rain rain gone away

I have been a Rain subscriber for almost 2years and pay R599 pm. They advertised The One from Rain for R549 pm including airtime and data for 2 handsets. When I called to ask if I would automatically be upgraded it ended up in a total circus with calls being cut off, no response, no answers and . There is no number on which to call for assistance and no response on the customer assistance emails. The quality of their service is declining and I cannot even find out what my download speed should be.
