Rain rain go away, do NOT come back another day!!

Rain South Africa-- Guys, I would stay as far away from this company as you possibly can.

So my story starts here.

We run a rather "successful" company but we are extremely reliant on having Internet for this to be a good service delivery orientated company. We, unlike Rain, it seems, are bound by our promises we make to our clients.

I called them last Sunday afternoon to ensure that should I pay the nearly R500 fee, I would be so to speak immediatly connected. I was indeed told, nay, promised that this would in fact be the case...

Well, here we are, nearly a week away and still no joy...

We have heard the words, escalation and " callback" ad nauseum since Sunday evening.

Yes, I understand your systems were being upgraded and that it was a very confusing and hard time for you, but your promises still carry weight....

On Friday evening I was told by a "supervisor" that "even if someone had to personally get into a car and deliver your sim card, we will ensure you receive it on Saturday!!!..."

Well, here we sit and guess what??

These guys will go to any lengths to get you signed up but then you will become just another number to them that they placate, lie to or just plain ignored.

Before I get crucified... I was with them for a while then had to stop the Internet for a while due to financial considerations.

I am disgusted by Rain SA. Empty and nonsensical promises seem to be at the order of the day with you useless people.
