Rain, Rain go away...

Just as this service provider received payment immediately, they are unable to correct their mistake with the same speed. They delivered the incorrect sim card and told me I have to wait 3-5 days for them to deliver the correct sim card and do a sim swop! All this with no concern that this service which was paid for is needed urgently...consultants were extremely casual about my crisis! Might I add 2 people came to deliver 1 box. No explanations, no questions just a drop and go. Pathetic.
