Rain rain go away

I had heard great things about Rain and that is why I decided to get wifi through them. What a mistake. I got my wifi with them in February, whereafter I found out through one of their technicians that their wifi does not work in our area due to the lack of signal towers- this is unacceptable. Whoever is in charge of their marketing and graphic design should have designed a map on their website showing the location of their towers so people can see if the wifi will work in their area. This is a personal frustration for me as someone who works in that field. Also if I’m not mistaken - saying you can provide a service knowing full well that you can’t is ********** behaviour. Shame on you.

The technician was honest and suggested that we cancel with rain - how ironic. So during my process of trying to cancel my contract with rain. I received no communication back via emails and my calls were never answered the only person I could get into contact with was the technician and he said he couldn’t help me. This has continued for two months. Now I have been billed again for services I haven’t been provided with. This is really disappointing, I hope you can get your customer service to a standard that it should be.
