Rain rain go away

Rain is the worst service provider I have encountered. I logged an issue only to get a rude reply to ask me take some action. Once I have done it and it did not work I advice Thabo who refuses to acknowledge my emails. Because of their lack of customer service and inadequate system I cannot access my wifi. It has been 3 days now and still no response from them. I don't understand why they provide a call center with no one to o answer your call.
