Rain, Rain, go Away

Absolutely shocking product and service. Had the 5G for 6 months and then it just started working intermittently. After 2 weeks of no resolution from a myriad of support staff, I cancelled it. Unfortunately the alternative of Fibre was swift destroyed a couple of times by my dogs so when I called Rain back to resume this service (out of desperation, not choice) I was told by the sales person that I can no longer have the product/service as I still have the router on my name/ID. The company collected the router over a week ago. Strange and interesting business model. Diabolical service and performance is maybe more accurate
