Rain rain go away

I'm paying for an internet service that is more down than up. All you get from their support is the standard useless apology, never any action or resolution. Numerous complaints have been lodged on their social media pages and on email. I've even called in and received the same bs lies from people claiming to be team leaders. You get paid every month even though you fail to deliver on your side of the obligation.
