Rain Rain Go Away!!!

I tried calling Rain three times to activate they sim cards which go along with the 60mbps speed we pay for. At 13:26 hrs, I was holding on for 6 minutes until my airtime ran out.

I tried again at 19:40 hrs and held on for over 8 minutes and again no one picked up until I cut the line. I then tried again at 19:49 hrs and someone from Rain tried calling me back but when I cut my call to them to attend to their call to me, that call centre person cut off.

I then tried again at 19:49 hrs and this time no one picked up as I guess they had decided to knock off early form their indian call centre and go home.

This is extremely infuriating!!! To make matters worse that data is only 1.9gig and not 20 gig per SIM as promised. Reminds me of the old nursery school rhyme. Rain Rain go away! Come again another day!

Not sure when Rain will step up to the plate and just give good service to its subscribers.
