Rain Rain go away

Before the end of October, I have been trying to cancel Rain wi-fi but getting no joy. I have logged on to the internet and cancelled and got a message "the consultant will call you" and for over 7 days the call never came through. I have canceled online close to 5 times. I took on to Facebook and was given a reference and was told a consultant will call me.

To my knowledge its was supposed to be easy to cancel on the web by just clicking cancel but yho I'm now frusterated. I have recently installed fibre and this means I will be paying double for data end of the month.

If there is someone who know how to do a cancelation please advise.
