Rain rain go away

My internet connection is really bad and I can't do much on it. Opening an email there's a lot of work and takes forever, don't get me started on WhatsApp voice notes. 479 is a lot to spend on something that doesn't work. It's been over a week since I flagged this and have had no response form them. It would seem that they blatantly ignore billing and connectivity issues.
