Rain rain GO AWAAAAY!

Very very very BAD customer service,.. their call center staff is clueless on their product. when they decide to pick up, there is no telephone ettiquete, the laughing and screaming in the background is so bad, you cant get your query resolved, they pay no attention to the client. I want out.... ive requested several times, but they keep debiting my account.

Ive had no joy with rain ever since.
