Rain Rain falling down

I bought a 60mbps connection. During the load shedding time that got the blame for slow or no connection. I don't know what the excuse is now because, despite 3 attempts to contact them and promises to do so, they have not responded. Their AI thing keeps doing a speed test and wasting my data but nobody responds. It gets frustrating trying to watch live sports and rather watch highlights later. Previously a smarmy PR bloke promised an improvement. That lasted a week.
