Rain R250 refund

Since i bought the sim card, tried to activate it online. was charged R250 in may, it did not connect and called them to ask nd talked about the refund will be done after 10-14days. It passed i called again they said 72hours. its approaching 2months

I do not expect to wait any longer for the refund , i guess today by end of close business my account will be refunded and stay with your poor network service.

like i mean its been almost 2months. Today my account must be funded.

I can not take that. Its long, I called you three times, i waited for almost more than 40days+.
Now you still telling me about 7 t0 10days, never !am not taking that.
