Rain r router not working

My 5g router was delivered last week Friday 09/04/2022.. Worked fine.. Until yesterday 11/04/2022. Now says I don't have internet access.. Called them. Issue have not been resolved All I have is a ticket number ***

When will I have internet access.. More than 24hr this is ridiculous. Don't tell me about tower being down, not my problem, you provide a service I paid for..
The tower being down s pure lies.. Fix this
