RAIN - quite the pain

In August 2020 i app**** for a RAIN 4g data service plan and the monthly subscription was in advance immediately debited off my account- I never ended up following through on the deal as they would not accept a copy of my ID for RICA and i had to cancel which subsequently meant a reimbur*****t needing to be done on their part - to date i haven't received this - its November 2020! They cant be contacted as we all know and so this to me seems like white collar phishing schemes
