Rain: Quick to take money. Hard to return it.

I'm not a Rain customer. On the 3rd Feb 2023 I discovered that Rain has been debiting money from my account without my consent. Long story short, Rain said they would investigate the matter and to date, Rain has not bothered to give any updates on the matter even after several attempts to reach them. I was in communication with Sibusiso (agent) and Yaseen (team leader) but these guys have now decided to not respond to any of my emails. Tired of being sent from pillar to post. And why does Rain not have a department for such matters!#$@ I mean it's so pathetic how nobody knows what to do regarding this matter. I've now decided to lawyer up because it seems that's what makes the dream work.
