I would comment on the customer service from Rain , but there is none. Their customer support platform is pathetic. I waited 3 weeks for a sim card to be activated and now another 3 weeks for the email server settings. All u get is an auto response email stating that you have recieved a ticket which is as useful as ice in the artic.

I will be canceling my sim card

I rather pay the extra and go back to Telkom.

To be worse that Telkom is really bad.

So disappointing Really ****py service. You should stop false advertising on TV and all other platforms.
