Rain ****py customer service

Possibly the worst service ever , I ordered this rain package ,delivery for Wednesday the 5th, paid a pro rata for the device ,every time I call rain no one can give me an answer only that it has been escalated to the logistics department. I’m asking for my refund and no is able to assist me ,they keep telling me about escalations ,I’ve called Thursday, Friday again this morning ,and yet again,there is no one who can assist me getting my refund back. I paid a pro rata for a device I don’t have .way past delivery date
