Rain (Pty) Ltd - shocking service!

Shocking organisation! Purchased router, SIM, paid for data 2 months in a row, have not had one minute of service. SIM's not working, hours spent on the support chat line trying to resolve it, two e-mails sent explaining and requesting support; they ended the chats promising resolution, and I've have had zero follow up or follow through. I’ve spent R 1250+ on router and data, extra on data from other providers while trying to resolve the Rain issue, and too much time trying to sort out the issue, and have had ZERO support from Rain.

What kind of **** is this!
