Poor customer service. Paid for a package on the 5th of the month and was told that it will be delivered in 3-5 working days. It’s now 2 weeks and haven’t received anything. I called support multiple times and they said there’s a system error and they’d escalate my order. Still nothing. If I could rate this business 0 stars I would.
