Rain Provides a Drought Service

How do I contact Rain to query my 0.3 Mbps download and 0.62 Mbps upload speeds from a 5G premium router located in a 5G coverage location? I can't contact them telephonically or via their support pages in their website - the icons to submit these are all disabled: for example, "Was this answer helpful... ...please click 'here' " - where 'here' are not active links to anything. Phone them, and you get told to use this very same support page I've just ranted about. My internet "works" in that webpages load eventually if I wait a minute or so. So now I am stuck with paying R999 for a premium 5G package, expecting 200 Mbps avg. internet speeds, while my mobile phone service provider gets 8 Mbps via LTE. Shocking! DO NOT BUY RAIN! It's a sham.

Today I move the CPE to several locations on top of a roof of the adjacent two-storey building. 0.9 Mbps (download, or just 0.3 Mbps upload) on 5G, and the signal used is from Parktown now - I live in Centurion! The irony is that I am surrounded by no less than 10 Rain sites. My question then is, what constitutes fair advertising and *****? If I was sold a premium package of 200 Mbps average (not maximum, but average - here's the difference), then is it ********** to receive only 0.45 % of this 200 Mbps claimed by advertising? I have tested the speeds on two household (outdoor) roofs, captured screenshots of the results, and I am unable to obtain anything near to this average rate marketed. I will take this evidence to the courts and see if this service holds up to the Consumer Protection Act 68, section 29 ("...requires..services...to be done...is not reasonably...false or misleading representation..."), section 30 ("...may not advertise...services as being available...that may result in customers being misled...deceived...relating to the actual availability of...services at the advertised price...known as 'bait marketing.' "), section 32, section 33 ("...must be disclosed...the supplier's name and address, the supplier's cancellation and refund policy..." - I cannot contact them other than through a Hellopeter post!), etc. What I want is for Rain to stop advertising this disservice to consumers in South Africa. It clearly constitutes *****.
