Rain promised to sort out my issue within 49 hrs, but it's been 3 days already without anyone reaching out to me. I called back today to find out, and they promised again to come back within 48 hrs. (a repeat of the same nonsense). However, on a good note, Shobhit Nitnaware was very attentive, helpful, and promised to get my issue resolved. Only time shall tell.
