Rain promise to pay
I'm very disappointed in Rain. I can believe after giving them a good rating they doing this. After 2 DAYS I'm still not connected, I have assignments due and my children are bothering me without WI-FI. My account shows active and I am still not connected, I praiesd their promise to pay but now I'm without WI-FI. I spoke to an agent yesterday but never get a response back. I even asked for a call back. What should I do to get any assistance!!
