Rain products are bad😔😔😔😔

I took a loop device a month ago and I am paying for unlimited access. Yesterday later I found that I have been using my out of loop zone area and my data was depleted. I tried to log a call around 19:30 still no consultant has called me. I am out of data can't do work or assignment
