Rain Price Hike Situation is Crazy

I want to share my thoughts on the recent Price Hike Rain is applying, 15 September and I'll be real with you, its expected for companies to hike up the prices due to inflation thats understandable but I feel its dissatisfying/****ming a lot of people who are not close in proximity to a 5G tower, are being overcharged for internet speed that is as signal lost as my TV buffering during a "Rain" Storm. This storm still continues to be time consuming, customer support basic troubleshooting or replacing the WIFI only temporarily fixes the speed problem then your back to square one and yeah I'm still having 4G internet connection with no way of telling when Rain will finally install more towers in my town yet no matter the complaints Rain has been neglecting the problem in places where these towers should have been optimally running for their customers benefits. The Packages you offer are way Overpriced R595 for 30mbps/3.25mb is not fast and never will it be something you should advertise to people who do not have any experiece in the field of internet speed, this particular thing you invested should have been limited to customers who are close to your 5G Tower areas because that would have been the logical decision.
