RAIN PREPAID IS A ****!!

Took a PRE-PAID deal with RAIN sometime early last year, which i understood and was that i pay for my own data usage, a few months after not using the **** network and had no data from them i looked and i owed them now i tried to get them to call me to explain this **** but they took their own time, today i had a call from some lady saying she is calling on behalf of rain and i should pay R1800. I am disappointed and very ****ed off. To me this makes no sense *** AM I PAYING FOR WHEN YOU GAVE ME NO DATA. ****!!!!
