Rain prepaid a **** !!!

Hi, spoke to your Management team Chantel,I advised her I wanted to pay my outstanding amount of R529 and cancel the service as I have moved to fibre(Notified your team in FEB) she then told me Rain has charged me an additional R1200 for cancellation which doesn't make any sense and I asked for a recording of the particular call. She advised she would send an email containing an email detailing the balance and an attachment of the call I am yet to receive it ! Its been a few months now going in circles !!!
