Rain ported
Rain ported my number said it was successful but now I cant receive any calls or messages.You suck as service.

Thank you for reaching out.
We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble making and receiving calls. Please follow the below steps to setup your device.
1. Go to Settings on your phone.
2. Then go to Connections
3. Go to Mobile Networks
4. Then go to Access Point Names (APN)
You will see a page where it will be showing:
Name, APN, Username, password, APN protocol
5. Then, input:
NAME as- rain (in small letters)
APN as - rain (in small letters)
Username as - rain (in small letters)
6. On the upper right corner there is an option to SAVE.
• Go to your device's settings menu
• Select connections then mobile networks
• Enable VoLTE or 4G
If your Android device is not VoLTE compatible, please download the raintalk app and input the sim card contact number then an OTP will be sent to you of which you need to enter.
For an iOS (iPhone):
1. Open Settings on your iPhone
2. Go to Mobile Service > Mobile Data Options > Voice & Data
3. Select 4G and enable VoLTE
Go back to Mobile Service
4. Select Mobile Data Network
APN for Mobile Data, MMS and Personal Hotspot
is the word rain (small letters), username is also rain (small letters)
