Rain poorest worst service ever received

I should give no stars. I received my RAIN router end April - after six weeks of trying to connect and messaging, phoning etc nearly daily - I cancelled. The router was promptly collected. I am still waiting for my refund. Rain claim they paid it into a NEDBANK card - I don't have a Nedbank account. How difficult can the refund be - it was easy enough to deliver and collect the router. I have never experienced such appalling service in my life.
