RAIN POOR WEBSITE MAINTENANCE AND TELEPHONE UNREACHABLE

The login website are offline for quite sometime now. When trying to reach them by phone they have a pre-recorded message to say they have technical problems that they are busy resolving and we must login to an app to report the issues. Really is this not bad service received by customer. Please also note the bad reviews on Google has been written and still nothing has been done about it.
