RAIN poor signal and support

I am increasingly exasperated. I wrote to hello peter last week due to sub standard service from RAIN. I was advised someone would contact me to resolve the problem. David Tsoke did send me an email ref ***. I responded to his email Monday morning and still I have not had a reply back to solve the ongoing problem that I have had for one month now. The support to rectify problems is not adequate. It is over 24hours and David has not responded to my email. Seriously RAIN how could I recommend you at this stage !!!!
