rain poor servies

I have no joy with rain as they can not provide as service my down load speeds are between 0.1 to 0.4 mbps which not a service as you need download speed to stream, watch netflex or do just about anything on the internet but my upload speeds are between 6.9 and 10 mbps and i have spoken to them on22/09/20 they said to me that they will forward my complaint to there network department and heard nothing till today i then phoned again tonight 29/09/20 at 17:45 and spoke to anther consultant and asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold then i asked for a manager to phone back before end of there working hours today as they close tech support at 20:00 and have complained a few times on email to they over the last 6 months
