Rain poor services and customer care

Rain internet services delivered after I have complained here on Hello Peter and only to realize they have sent me a non working device without internet I have contacted support and I'm not finding assistance they don't even bother to call their customer I'm really disappointed honestly I have to suffer like this,why do I have to be treated like this you guys made sure you deliver a dummy device and the sim card that isn't registered why?
