Rain - Poor service/no communications

hi

CCD couriers have not bothered to collect the 5G router since Monday

I wanted to give the consultant the new address yesterday but they refused and said they will call you, for you to call me - ????

what is going on?

how long is this going to take for the router to be collected???

CCD didn't show up today like they said they would and not calls received!!!
