RAIN POOR SERVICE PROVIDER !!

Ms R .Dipholo I'm am extremely livid about this rain service provider, I had cancelled the contract late January and this service provider told me that they cancelled the contract and confirmed that they made the cancellation on the 10th of February . I received a call from Robin Eujane Forbes confirming the cancelation and collection of the device she did not seem interested in taking the device back and still today i have the device with me . I mean it's the 1st of April now, to my understanding the subscription had been cancelled two months ago. I even explained to them why i cancelled the contract because of their poor service and them taking extra money . They took out R1399,98 today and R315,68 from my mother's account who was the payer of the contract previously . I contacted Rain and i spoke to Nontobeko and she mentioned that she will escalate the matter to her manager Sifiso . Nontobeko said that Sifiso would give me a call and while i was on the line with her, she told me that they were trying to contact me and i told her to use my new number *** and not the *** number, i waited ONE HOUR THRITY MINTUES for the manager Sifiso to call me back and he eventually did not call me back, absolutely no one from Rain called me back. Is that being professional and honest to customers? I then called again and i spoke to Tshegofatso she also mentioned that she escalated the matter and i gave her my new number to contact me and i still did not receive a call . I'm am enough with this Rain service provider taking advantage of me and my mother, they should TAKE their DEVICE BACK !! ASAP otherwise they will find it in the dustbin or crushed out of my frustration . This is the LAST WARNING!! I WANT THE MONEY BACK IN LESS THAN 5 DAYS I WANT THE MONEY THEY DEDUCTED ON THE 1ST OF APRIL 2022 TO BE DEPOSITED BACK INTO THE ACCOUNT THEY TOOK IT FROM . I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
