Rain poor service no reception
Shocking service.. No network for 10 days. 7 calls later and still nothing. Everyone says they escalating to technicians ... no technicians to date. Who is going to resolve this. Are you going to refund my 10 days and counting of no service.

This is my son who has been on the phone with Rain and very patient. It is unacceptable that no one gets back to us and that the promise of a technician is just and excuse to get us off the call.
