Rain poor service for 2 weeks
For the past two weeks my Internet had been the worst. When ever I write to the technical team all they do is send me emails asking if the problem is fixed but the quasi is by who because no one called yi rectify the problem. I am really disappointed about this because I am paying for this service and try I am receiving the worst. It's almost monthend and I'm required to pay again for this poor service. 👎👎👎 Disappointed

I did as you instructed by its still the same. I complained about this in the 12th of November and today is 26th all I've been getting is emails asking if the issue is resolved.
