Rain poor service

Rain Rain the worst service provider,I made a payment on the 26th and on the same day my routine was disconnected ,called several times with no solution to the problem they then suggested a swap bear in mind all this time I don't have internet after I have paid them I still have to buy data for myself to work and functional my household that need wifi.On the 8th new route was delivered at 12 o'clock I called to setup until now I don't have network and with every call they have been escalating the matter funny thing is I haven't even gotten one call of escalation. Rain is a **** guys would never advise anyone to use it.
